Home cooked – Cantonese Style Egg Noodle (Deep Fried Noodle). Fry the Ginger, add in Water, Mushroom Seasoning Powder, Vegetarian Oyster Sauce, Salt and Cane Sugar. Stir-fry a while, add in Green Onion, thickening and Egg. Stir and dish up.
Home cooked – Cantonese Style Yee Mee (Noodle)．The gravy ingredients are Mushroom, Chinese Leek, Carrot, Vegetarian Fish Ball. Sauce with Ginger Oil, Vegetarian Oyster Sauce, Salt and Sugar. Meat Free!
