Ginger Onion Egg Noodle

Home cooked – Cantonese Style Egg Noodle (Deep Fried Noodle). Fry the Ginger, add in Water, Mushroom Seasoning Powder, Vegetarian Oyster Sauce,  Salt and Cane Sugar. Stir-fry a while, add in Green Onion, thickening and Egg. Stir and dish up.

Cantonese Yee Mee

Home cooked – Cantonese Style Yee Mee (Noodle).The gravy ingredients are Mushroom, Chinese Leek, Carrot, Vegetarian Fish Ball. Sauce with Ginger Oil, Vegetarian Oyster Sauce, Salt and Sugar. Meat Free!

Home cooked – Grilled Salmon Platter. Serves with Grilled Salmon, Mushroom, Golden Bean curd, Garlic Bread, Spaghetti and Fresh Vegetables. A dinner gathering with friend.
