Home made – Simple and tasty! Baked Beans Sandwich. Fry Egg with Baked Beans, Cheese and  Shredded Red Cabbage.


Home cooked – Laksam ( Fish Soup Rice Noodle ) Popular in Terrengganu, Malaysia. Cook the soup with Mashed Mackerel Fish, Ginger Flower, Tamarind Juice, Garlic, Shallot, Coconut Milk, Chilli Paste, Pepper, Sea Salt and Water. Serve with Peppermint Leaves, Onion, Bean Spout, Cucumber, Ginger Flower and Lime.  

Enoki Mushroom Spaghetti

Home cooked – Enoki Spaghetti with Tomato Pasta Sauce. Sauce ingredients are Mashed Tomatoes, Mashed Onion, Sliced Garlic, Italian Herb, Sea Salt and Olive Oil. Stir-fry Spaghetti and Enoki Mushroom into sauce. Garnishing with Alfalfa.

Home made – For Vegetarian Spicy Lover!  Sambal ( Chilli Paste). Ingredients are Dried Chilli, Onion, Garlic, Tomato and Cooking Oil. Salt and Sugar to taste. It is the simple way! Sambal is popular across Southeast Asia, especially Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia. But most of the Sambal mixed with shrimp paste, not Vegan.

Bang Kuang Char

Home cooked – It is Penang Local Gourmet. Bang Kuang Char (Hokkien, Chinese Dialect). Heat cooking oil, add chopped garlic and fry until fragrant. Add shredded yam bean (Bang Kuang), shredded carrot and fry. Add in water, sea salt, vegetarian oyster sauce and stir-fry until soft. Serve with lettuce.

Tom Yam Paste ingredients are Red Chilli, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Turmeric, Galangal, Lemongrass, Ginger Flower, Onion, Garlic, Tamarind Juice, Asam (Garcinia atroviridis). Fresh Vegetables are Okra, Mini Bitter Gourd, Eggplant, Carrot, Sweet Corn, Tofu, Sprin Onion and Coriander. Salt and Sugar to taste.
