Home cooked – Thai Style Fried Vermicelli with Tom Yam (Sour and Spicy). Ingredients are Kaffir Lime Leaf, Ginger Flower, Fish Ball, Dried Prawn, Cabbage an d Vermicelli. Seasonings are Tom Yam Paste, Sea Salt, Brown Sugar and Lemon Juice.

Home cooked – Garlic Fried Paku ( Malaysia Wild Vegetable). It’s simple!  

Nasi Ulam

Home made -Nasi Ulam  (Malay Word). It’s a combination of Raw Spices and Vegetables Rice. Cook the rice with some Sea Salt, Turmeric and Lemongrass. Mix all together, serve with Salted Egg.

Home made – Bamboo Charcoal Burger Bread  with Vegetable Burger Filling. Pan-fry the burger filling and add to burger, add in other ingredients – Cucumber, Tomato, Bean Sprout, Lettuce, Tomato Sauce and Mustard. Delicious!
