Fried Tom Yam Vermicelli

Home cooked – Thai Style Fried Vermicelli with Tom Yam (Sour and Spicy). Ingredients are Kaffir Lime Leaf, Ginger Flower, Fish Ball, Dried Prawn, Cabbage an d Vermicelli. Seasonings are Tom Yam Paste, Sea Salt, Brown Sugar and Lemon Juice.

Nasi Ulam

Home made -Nasi Ulam  (Malay Word). It’s a combination of Raw Spices and Vegetables Rice. Cook the rice with some Sea Salt, Turmeric and Lemongrass. Mix all together, serve with Salted Egg.



Pan Fried Lemongrass Egg

Home cooked – Something different with the egg creation today! Pan-fry your egg with Chopped Lemongrass, Corn Kernel, Cut Long Bean, Spring Onion and Seasonings. Serve with rice.
