Heat oil, fry the mushroom and glutinous rice, add in salt, vegetarian oyster sauce, soya sauce, water and stir-fry. Steam for 1hour.

Home made – Thai Mango Kerabu. Mixed all Shredded – Mango, Cucumber, Carrot, Red Cabbage. Dressing ingredients are Thai Chilli Sauce, Plum Sauce, Lemongrass and Ginger Flower.
Home cooked – Vegetarian Green Curry. Delicious! Ingredients are Basil Leaf, Ladies Finger, Eggplant, French Bean, Onion, Fried Tofu, Fried Tofu Skin and garnish Ginger Flower. Green Curry Sauce ( Green Chilli, Coriander, Garlic, Galangal, Lemongrass, Turmeric, Basil, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Cooking Oil, Soy Milk, Water, Sugar and Salt. )
Home made – Mixed the Kiwi, Blue Berries, Cherry Tomato, Honey Sun Flower Seed and Salad Dressing.
Home cooked – Prosperity Meal! Braised Abalone with Dang Gui ( Chinese Herbal). Ingredients are Abalone, Fish Maw, Arrowhead(Vegetable), Carrot, Goji and Garlic. Soup ingredients are Dang Gui, Sea Salt and water.
Home made – Ginger Dipping Sauce is nice to eat with rice, also a good sauce for steam food. Blend the ginger with some water, stir-fry with cooking oil, add in sea salt, pepper and finely cut spring onion and fry until fragrant.
