Home cooked – Mum’s Recipe. Chilli Paste ingredients are Red Chilli 10pcs, Dried Chilli 10pcs, Red Onion 15pcs, Shrimp Paste 1tbsp, Lemongrass 4pcs, Galangal 1 small pc. Blend the Chilli Paste, fry with cooking oil, add in ingredients and stir- fry, add in Coconut Milk 1 small bowl. Salt and Brown Sugar to taste.
